MDC OAT Day 2

Here we are on day 2, and I’m still going strong. By the way, I think I forgot to clarify on Day 1 (yesterday) that the challenge only applied to social media, as not being able to use your phone for checking emails and such is simply impossible, especially when you’re a student. 

Here are some of the benefits I’ve noticed

  1. I feel a million bajillion times more productive.

  2. I'm getting on average 1.2 hours more sleep (if I am consistent with this challenge that is) a night from not looking at my phone throughout the day as much. 

  3. My eyes burn less than they used to.

  4. I’m less tired throughout the day.

  5. I’m in a much better mood all the time and feel like there’s hope for my future.

Now that I’ve completed that, it is currently 10:35. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll have some more things to report to you. Thanks for reading.
