MDC OAT Day 2
Here we are on day 2, and I’m still going strong. By the way, I think I forgot to clarify on Day 1 (yesterday) that the challenge only applied to social media, as not being able to use your phone for checking emails and such is simply impossible, especially when you’re a student.
Here are some of the benefits I’ve noticed:
I feel a million bajillion times more productive.
I'm getting on average 1.2 hours more sleep (if I am consistent with this challenge that is) a night from not looking at my phone throughout the day as much.
My eyes burn less than they used to.
I’m less tired throughout the day.
I’m in a much better mood all the time and feel like there’s hope for my future.
Now that I’ve completed that, it is currently 10:35. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll have some more things to report to you. Thanks for reading.
